Michael Keaton (born Michael Keaton) is an American actor and has served as a producer, director and producer. The actor is most well-known for the film 'Birdman. Being a multi-faceted actor, he is able to perform comic and dramatic roles. Apart from playing the roles of a romantic, he has also was a part of action films and thrillers. When he was in his teens the actor developed an appreciation in acting and performing. He then tried comedy stand-up when he was a teenager. He had a failed comedy career but this paved the way for his career as an actor. As he was not able to make it as the actor of his dreams, he decided to be a TV cameraman. It was at this station was where he discovered that the only thing he really wanted was to perform in front of cameras. After landing a job on TV, he starred in many shows of Mister Rogers Neighborhood. So it was not a surprise the actor quickly gained a following as a well-known television actor. With great ambitions, he started a film career and gained fame in comedy roles. The career of his character was further boosted by the acclaim he received in the role of Batman in Tim Burton's Batman. Over time, his acting skills improved and he began to look into directing and producing. His performance in 2014 as Birdman earned him numerous accolades and nods.
